The spirit of Amsterdam comes to life on De Roerdomp, Kimpton De Wittsown 1928 saloon boat. Step inside and you’ll feel the city slow down around you.
With a local captain at the helm, you can simply relax as the canals reveal Amsterdam the way it’s meant to be seen. De Roerdomp is available for both private and public tours.
Boroughs of Amsterdam
For this cocktail menu, Super Lyan is zooming in on the boroughs that shape Amsterdam. Each neighbourhood carries its own spark – from shipyard grit to community‑built charm, from creative hubs to green village pockets – and together they form the city we love pouring into every glass.
The 8 new cocktails each capture a sense of place, inspired by the people, culture, and quirks that make these boroughs unmistakably Amsterdam.
Amsterdam Cocktail Week
From March 27th to April 5th, we’re pouring our take on Amsterdam Cocktail Week, a short run of drinks that play with flavour, texture and a little bit of nostalgia. Created in collaboration with Jack Daniel’s, each cocktail brings a fresh twist to a classic favourite.
Whether you’re dropping by for a spontaneous night out or mapping your cocktail crawl, expect signature twists, good vibes, and creations made just for the occasion. Come raise a glass with us as we pour these delicious cocktails all week long.
Brunch at Celia
Daily 12:00 – 15:00
At Celia, brunch feels like a moment of escape. Bringing fresh, feel‑good flavours inspired by the bright, sunny spirit of California, including favourites like our fresh avocado toast or crispy waffle.
Located in the heart of Amsterdam, Celia is the ideal spot to unwind between exploring the city’s vibrant centre.
Whether you’re easing into the afternoon or settling in with good company, every dish is made to brighten your day and bring a touch of California sunshine to your brunch.
Bottomless Brunch
Saturday & Sunday 12:00 -15:00.
On weekends, Celia turns brunch into something worth celebrating.
Our Bottomless Brunch includes two delicious dishes and 90 minutes of unlimited prosecco, bellinis, mimosas or Bloody Mary’s, all for €48 per person.
With glasses that never run dry, it’s the perfect place to gather, raise a toast, and stretch the weekend just a little further.
Social Hour
Daily 16.00 – 17.00
Every day, from 4pm – 5 pm, all of our guests are invited during Social Hour. Mix and mingle with us and enjoy a glass of wine.

The world is fractured and polarised and complicated, but on this one point we can all agree: Plants are good. It’s true! Studies show plants not only purify the air, but they help to boost our mood and increase productivity.
That’s why we’re proud to announce our new Kimpton Plant Pals Programme. Guests of our hotels can now request a plant in their room to brighten their stay. Ask our Front Desk when checking in, and we get yours delivered to your doorstep in no time.
Your plant will come with a nametag (because nobody wants a stranger in their room) and even better, we’ll plant a tree for every guest who requests a Plant Pal during their stay. Good for the planet, good for our bodies and good for our spirit.
