"Real interactions with our guests make my job fun and meaningful"
My sister was already living in Amsterdam when I moved here from Poland six years ago. I was studying philosophy and I thought I would continue my studies here in Amsterdam but unfortunately, I failed an exam. I started to work instead and realised that I love working. I work partially behind the bar and learn a lot about people. Every day I meet new guests and they talk to me about their lives. They philosophise about a lot of things and I love to listen to their stories. I really care about the people that come to the hotel and I don’t ever want to become someone who works in stand-by mode. It might be a bit more challenging but real interactions with our guests make my job fun and meaningful.
