What is check-in/check-out time?

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

Kimpton De Witt is a non-smoking property.

How much do you charge for wireless internet access?

Wireless internet is complimentary for guests at Kimpton De Witt.

Do you have a fitness centre? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the opening hours?

Yes. Our fitness centre is open 24 hours a day. Our fitness centre has a variety of cardio equipment, weight machines, dumbbells and more.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

Yes. We offer 24-hour room service every day from our menu of chef-prepared dishes.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have a spa on site, though we’re happy you give you recommendations for spas in the area.

Do you offer bikes?

Yes. We offer complimentary VanMoof bicycles for guests on a first come, first served basis.

Transport/Directions:

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes. We offer valet parking for €50 per day at our main entrance.

How do I get to the hotel?

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

We do not offer a free shuttle service, though we can arrange private transportation to and from the airport. Please call the hotel at +31(0)20 6200 500 in advance of your stay to schedule the car service.

Reservations:

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

For changes to a reservation made on a third-party site we recommend contacting the third-party site directly.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website. Is there an additional charge?

Bookings made on other websites may exclude Amsterdam’s city tax (5% per night).

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Our cancellation and deposit policy varies by rate. Reservations booked at the Best Available Rate have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check in.

Can I check in with my debit card?

Yes. We accept debit cards for check-in.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes. We have accessible rooms. In order to book an accessible room, please call our reservations department at +31 (0)20 6200 500.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes. An early departure fee of up to one night's room plus tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date.

We accept all major forms of credit and debit cards.
